Video of the Day | Trentemøller - "River In Me"

Those damn Danes and their talent. Perhaps it's because they know how to logically and objectively give out art grants in Denmark, or perhaps it's because they are generally a stoic people living in a Nordic climate, but whatever the reason, they seem to be (along with the Swedes) the best at music, and congruently, music videos. 

This video has everything you want: pretty girls, hockey jerseys, gore, a Dodge Aspen, a Fargo-esque landscape. It's what a music video used to be back when you needed to spend at least 600k on a video for it to be taken seriously. The song is great, and I cannot help but imagine a scenario in which a song like this would set a nightclub off into a frenzy, because it sure ain't vapid enough to do it anywhere on my continent.
