ION Showcase @ POP Montreal

POP Montreal is back for another year of bringing us the best in emerging musical artist from around the globe. The five day festival, from September 19th to 23rd, will showcase everyone from David Byrne and Saint Vincent, Doldrums and Grimes, Laetitia Sadier, Mozart's Sister, Peaches and Purity Ring, to touch just the sides of this ridiculously good line-up. If you thought that it couldn't get any better, ION will also have it's very own west coast showcase at POP Montreal. In collaboration with Hybridity and Boompa, the showcase will feature The Belle Game, Evy Jane, Christopher Smith, Dreamboat, Calamalka and the night will be headlined by electronic duo Humans, AKA Robbie Slade and Peter Ricq, with visuals by Malcolm Levy. Humans have been blowing up worldwide, touring with the likes of Broken Social Scene, Crystal Method, Junior Boys, Clipse. If you are around POP, make sure that you swing by and check it out.
