Let me start by stating that I've never watched a season or a whole episode of Lost. I happen to have the season 2 box set, (which was left at my home by the past tenants) but I've never watched it. I start by saying this because I think I get how a fan of that show felt while watching The OA.

If that episode of Rick and Morty where that giant, yellow head comes down to earth and says "SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT" and Earth has to have a band play for the lives of all humanity happened IRL, I'd probably nominate the Courtneys as our representative. Seriously, I don't know how the Courtneys learned to write songs, whether they were born with it, or took lessons or something, but someone let me know so I can bottle it and make a fortune.

The Emoji Movie, a highly anticipated (by nobody) 3D adventure, will be released in August 2017 via Sony Pictures Animation/Columbia Pictures. The teaser trailer, released today, fittingly stars a “Meh” emoji (voiced by Steven Wright) because not even Sony gives a shit that this movie is being made.
